These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Mac 20 Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to our clients (“you” or “the client”). By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Provided
Mac 20 Ltd offers services including (but not limited to):
- Total Facilities Management
- Domestic and Commercial Construction
- Property Repairs and Maintenance
- Emergency Call-Outs
- Insurance Reinstatement Works
- Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance
- Labour and Operative Supply
All services will be delivered with reasonable care, skill, and diligence in accordance with industry standards.
2. Quotations and Estimates
- All quotes are valid for 30 daysunless otherwise stated.
- Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised pricing.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or revise a quote before it is accepted.
3. Orders and Acceptance
- A contract is formed once we receive written confirmation or a signed agreement from you.
- Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
- All bookings and schedules are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 30 daysof issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
5. Cancellations and Delays
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workmay incur charges to cover costs incurred.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, supply shortages, third-party delays).
6. Health & Safety and Access
- You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the site and inform us of any hazards.
- We comply with all relevant Health & Safetylegislation and expect clients to do the same.
- Additional costs may apply if access is denied or unsafe conditions are encountered.
7. Materials and Warranty
- Materials supplied remain the property of Mac 20 Ltd until fully paid for.
- We may substitute materials of equal quality if original items are unavailable.
- Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 monthsunless otherwise stated; manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials.
10. Subcontracting
- We may use vetted and qualified subcontractors to deliver part or all of the services. We remain responsible for their performance.
8. Insurance and Liability
- We hold full Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the contract.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from any delay, defect, or failure.
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, documentation, and intellectual property created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Subcontracting
- We may use vetted and qualified subcontractors to deliver part or all of the services. We remain responsible for their performance.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days.
- Mac 20 Ltd may terminate services immediately if health, safety, or payment terms are breached.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR. We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations.

Use of our website is subject to our separate Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All website content is protected by copyright.
